SWEDISH MEATBALLS
Swedish Meatballs are something every type of cook from home cook to master chef should know how to make. Eat them as an appetizer for the perfect party snack or over noodles for a delicious meal.

Combine breadcrumbs, milk, cream, egg, spices, and parsley. Set aside.
Saute onions and garlic. Mix together with the breading mixture as well as ground chicken and beef.
Form into meatballs and place on foil-lined baking sheet. Cook at 400F for 20 minutes.
While meatballs cook, prepare the sauce. Stir flour and butter over heat. Add beef and chicken broth.
Finish making the sauce and stir to combine and thicken.
Place meatballs in sauce. Toss to coat. All to heat through. Serve over pasta. Enjoy!
