What’s in This Sheet Pan Pork Chops Recipe?

Here at The Cookie Rookie, we just love a one-pan meal, and these baked pork chops are no exception. Juicy, seasoned pork is paired with crispy potatoes and green beans for a simple weeknight meal the whole family will love!

  • Pork: Bone-in pork chops stay extra juicy in the oven.

  • Potatoes: Yellow baby potatoes are the perfect size for this recipe. Just halve them and you’re ready to go.
  • Green Beans: You’ll want trimmed fresh green beans, not canned or frozen.

Serving Suggestions

This is a meal all in one, so it needs no accompaniment. If you’re having a fancy night in, pair it with a tasty appetizer, like sausage stuffed mushrooms or bacon wrapped shrimp. But we think simple is best in this case!
