Classic Beef Stew
Hearty, warming and delicious, this stovetop beef stew is slow cooked for maximum flavor.

Salt & Pepper
Red Wine Vinegar
Season cubed chuck roast with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
Heat butter and oil in a skillet. Brown the cubed beef and set aside.
Sauce the onion and garlic. Stir in the red wine vinegar, tomato paste, red wine, and beef broth.
Add the browned beef cubes to the stew, Stir in potatoes and carrots. Cook until ready to serve. Enjoy!
