Classic Beef Stew

Hearty, warming and delicious, this stovetop beef stew is slow cooked for maximum flavor.

Chuck Roast

Salt & Pepper

Onion

Flour

Tomato Paste

Red Wine Vinegar

Red Wine

Beef Broth

Carrots

Potatoes

Season cubed chuck roast with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.

Heat butter and oil in a skillet. Brown the cubed beef and set aside.

Sauce the onion and garlic. Stir in the red wine vinegar, tomato paste, red wine, and beef broth.
