Have fun experimenting with different filling combinations! Use your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings to create one-of-a-kind pizza rolls. I love adding diced green peppers and mini pepperoni to mine.

  • Very lightly brush the edges of each wonton wrapper with water. Fold 2 opposite corners of the wrapper into the center, then fold the remaining 2 corners over the top of the first 2. Becky’s Tips

  • Cook these pizza rolls in batches to ensure the rolls stay crispy. If the air fryer basket is overcrowded, the pizza rolls will steam instead of fry.
  • Add your favorite pizza toppings to these pizza rolls. Some ideas include mini pepperoni, cooked sausage, pineapple, chopped roasted vegetables, fresh basil, or a sprinkle of Italian seasoning or garlic powder.
  • Wonton wrappers are available in the refrigerated section of most grocery stores near the tofu.

Serving Suggestions

Serve these crispy air fryer pizza rolls alongside a tangy marinara sauce that perfectly complements their cheesy, savory filling. For a cool, creamy contrast, ranch dressing is always a crowd-pleaser. Feeling adventurous? Try dipping them in a fresh, homemade pesto for an herby twist that adds a burst of flavor with every bite.
