- 20 ounces refrigerated canned biscuits 567 grams (1 tube)
- ½ cup salted butter 113 grams, melted (1 stick)
- 1 cup granulated sugar 200 grams
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon 18 grams

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them on the prepared baking sheet 1 inch apart.20 ounces refrigerated canned biscuits
- Bake 7-10 minutes, or just until cooked through (The biscuit bites should still be pale in color.)
- While biscuits are baking, melt butter in a small mixing bowl. In another small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.½ cup salted butter, 1 cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- When the biscuits are ready, remove them from the oven and let cool until cool to touch, about 5 minutes. Leave the oven rack set to the middle position and turn the oven to broil.
- Dip each quarter biscuit in butter, then in the cinnamon sugar and return biscuit bite to baking sheet.
- Place biscuit bites under the broiler until cinnamon sugar has caramelized, approximately 1-2 minutes. The cinnamon sugar will burn quickly, so WATCH CLOSELY.
- Transfer biscuits to a cooling rack, cool 30 seconds then place biscuits on a serving plate and serve immediately.
