Pumpkin Pie Punch is the ultimate Thanksgiving or Halloween Punch. I make it with a combination of apple cider, real pumpkin, and cream soda, creating a tasty, fun cocktail that’s ideal for honoring any fall occasion. Though I love drinking it with alcohol, I also make a version without for the kids.

Pumpkin Punch for Thanksgiving
I love a good party punch, and anything pumpkin, so of course I’m obsessed with this tasty pumpkin pie punch. Made with canned pumpkin, apple cider, cream soda, pumpkin pie spice, and Everclear, this drink is sweet, fizzy, and has a little kick. I think it’s an awesome cocktail to serve throughout the fall season, and it’s especially great at Halloween or Thanksgiving.
Tips for Beginners
- Buy pure canned pumpkin. Don’t buy pumpkin pie filling, as it has added sugar and spices.
- Alcohol free. If you prefer a non-alcoholic drink, leave out the Everclear for a fun mocktail version.
- Chill the ingredients. If you want to drink the punch right away, place the ingredients in the fridge so the punch is cold once everything is combined.

Instructions
- In a large pitcher, stir together the cider and pumpkin. Use a large whisk and stir until fully combined. If you'd like it to be extra smooth, you can pour through a cheesecloth or small wire mesh strainer, but I didn't find it necessary.½ gallon apple cider, 15 oz. pumpkin

How to Store
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Make Ahead
If you want to get a head start, you can combine all the ingredients except the cream soda and store the punch in the fridge for a day or so. Once the cream soda is added, you should drink right away, as it will lose its fizz.

Serving Suggestions
This pumpkin pie punch often makes an appearance at my Halloween celebrations, so I’ll also serve a batch of spooky graveyard cupcakes, a sweet and savory Chex mix, as well as the quintessential caramel apples. This recipe is ideal for a fall celebration, whether it be Halloween or Thanksgiving. With 8 servings, it’s the perfect recipe to serve a crowd.

Can you substitute vodka for the everclear?
Yes!
Can’t wait to try this! How long does it last in the fridge? A few days?
2-3 days, but leave out the cream soda until ready to serve!
Added more vanilla vodka
Looks great!

YAY!
Any idea how to make this by the glass? I would like to offer this as a signature drink at my wedding.
You can adjust the serving size in the recipe card. It is a lot easier to make in a bigger batch though!
What kind of cream soda? Is it just the pink crush? Or is it a different brand? Will it matter if I use pink crush cream soda?
Any brand cream soda would be fine!
