Lemon Meringue Pie

Wonderfully fresh and full of vibrant flavors, this make ahead lemon meringue pie is a show stopping dessert for Easter.

Pie Crust

Sugar

Water

Lemon Juice

Salt

Cornstarch

Egg Yolks

Lemon Zest

Butter

Meringue

Blind bake the pie crust according to package instructions.

Prepare the lemon filling. Pour into the cooled pie crust and allow to cool until fully set.

Prepare the meringue. Once on the cooled lemon curd, you can broil or use a torch to brown.

Unlike most lemon meringue pies, this lemon filling can be made the day before, making the day of a breeze.
