How to Make White Wine Margaritas Step by Step
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher: In a large pitcher combine 1 bottle of Pinot Grigio, 1 (12 ounce) can of limeade concentrate, 2 cups orange juice and 1/2 cup (or more if you’re feisty) good quality tequila.
Fill the empty limeade can with water twice and mix into the pitcher. Stir to combine.
Garnish and serve: Take a lime wedge and wet the rim of each glass. Dip into sea salt to coat. Fill each glass with ice and pour the White Wine Margaritas over ice. Garnish with lime or orange slices. Enjoy!
How to Store
I find these white wine margaritas easy to store and an amazing make-ahead cocktail drink. Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
To make ahead, combine everything in the pitcher and refrigerate for 3 days. When ready, just rim the glasses, garnish and serve!
You can also freeze them for up to 3 months. They’ll stay slushy-like without becoming solid. Serve as is or thaw for 2–3 hours and then serve.

Love this! But your estimate of total servings is way off. By my calculations this would make 80 ounces. If you divide that by 4, that means you are planning on 20 ounces for each serving. I mean I am not knocking it but this could easily serve 20 people with 4 ounce servings or 10 with 8 ounces.
Serving them tonight at our Christmas party. I am sure they will be a hit! I’m using regular and like vodka instead of tequila.
Can’t wait to try it! I read that vodka could be used as a tequila substitute, have you tried this recipe with vodka?
I have not! Let us know how it goes!
Vodka DOES make a great margarita!!! I’ve found Tequila does not agree with me any longer creating severe headaches.
How many servings is this recipe. I need enough for 20 people!
This has four servings!
Can you link your margarita glasses too? I cannot wait to make these, thank you for sharing!
I am sorry I can’t remember! I have such a HUGE collection it’s easy to forget where it all comes from!
Whit wine is my one the best wine now it commonly uses in ice cream, food products, and cooking. Awesome white wine recipe and i will try this at home
good recipe, but hate the site layout. i would prefer to see the recipe first & not a million photos & testimonies.
I wish I could give this drink a sixth star because it is so delicious and it gives you the right buzz. I would strongly recommend everyone to try this recipe! If this drink were to have an official name, it should be winegrita.
ha Winegrita is a great name! So happy you loved it. :)
I love everything about your website! You are adorable
Yum! I want to make this tonight- Cinco de Mayo! Wondering if I could make it, toss it in the freezer, then throw it in the blender for a winerita slushy. If you haven’t experimented with wine slushies, they are my favorite summer time bev.
Can’t wait to try these! If we don’t finish it, do you think it will keep in the fridge until the next day?
