GARLIC MASHED CAULIFLOWER
Garlic Mashed Cauliflower with Rosemary may be healthier than mashed potatoes, but I promise it tastes just as good! This healthy mashed cauliflower recipe is perfect any day of the year.

Boil cauliflower florets until fork tender. Drain and set aside.
Place cauliflower, garlic, butter, cream cheese, rosemary, and salt and pepper in a blender.
Blend until smooth. (SO EASY!)
