This Gingerbread House White Chocolate Bark is a fun and festive Christmas bark I’ve sprinkled with marshmallows, soft peppermints, gumdrops, M&Ms, and, of course, ginger cookies. With all the flavors you might find on a classic gingerbread house, and none of the fuss, I can easily pull this bark together in 5 minutes and hope it lasts that long when I pull it out of the fridge.

All The Flavors of a Gingerbread House Without The Fuss
This gingerbread house chocolate bark is so cute and festive…but most importantly, it’s easy. For me, the holidays are a busy time, and sometimes I can’t manage to squeeze in the time to prepare a gingerbread house. Enter this delicious chocolate bark! I get all the flavors of a gingerbread house but with minimal prep.
Once I melt the chocolate, I get the kids to help me throw on our favorite toppings, which can include anything from marshmallows to ginger cookies, candies, or whatever we have on hand. It goes in the fridge to chill, and then I break it into pieces and stash it away until I am ready to serve it.
Just like this Christmas bark, it’s an awesome treat for the holiday season, as it comes together in just a few minutes, can be made ahead of time, and looks great on my holiday dessert buffet.
Tips for Beginners
- Melt the almond bark slowly. You don’t want it to burn, or it will end up grainy.
- If the melted almond bark is too thick. Add a few teaspoons of coconut oil to thin it out.
- Press the toppings down as soon as you pour them over the melted bark. This ensures they adhere properly.
- Let the bark cool thoroughly. Otherwise, it won’t easily snap when you break it into pieces.
- Change up the toppings. Use festive Oreos, pretzels, candy canes, and peanut butter cups.
