This Triple Berry Tiramisu with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries is one of my go-to desserts when I want something that looks impressive but is secretly so easy to make. It’s sweet, creamy, and packed with fresh berry flavor—perfect for the 4th of July, Valentine’s Day, or honestly, any day you’re craving a light and fruity treat.

5-Star Review

“The Chambord put this tiramisu over the edge! It got rave reviews when I served it to my family! Definitely making again!” – Cheryl S

Triple Berry Tiramisu

This strawberry tiramisu with blueberries and raspberries is so fruity, so colorful, and so delicious! It’s the perfect berry dessert for summertime or holidays.

My new favorite dessert on the planet is Triple Berry Tiramisu! It’s inspired by classic tiramisu, but with a totally new fruity flavor.

This blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry tiramisu is filled with berries, whipped cream, lady fingers, and mascarpone cheese. I even added a bit of raspberry liqueur in there for an extra kick, and it makes all the difference. This triple berry dessert is so much fun and so easy to make!

This recipe is perfect for Valentine’s Day desserts, your 4th of July menu, or just a special treat for any day. I love how fresh and fruity it is while still being sweet and indulgent. Yum!

Equipment

  • 9×9-inch Baking Pan
  • Hand Mixer

Ingredients

  • 20 soft ladyfingers 165 grams (1 package)
  • cups heavy cream 341 grams
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese 454 grams
  • 1 cup granulated sugar 200 grams, divided
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 4 grams
  • 5 tablespoons Chambord raspberry liqueur 71 grams, divided
  • cup strawberry jam or jelly 227 grams
  • cups sliced fresh strawberries 251 grams
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries 120 grams
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries 85 grams

Instructions

  • Spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Place half of the lady fingers on the bottom of the pan, side by side. I used 10 on the bottom, 2 rows of 5.
    20 soft ladyfingers
  • In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
    1½ cups heavy cream
  • Beat in the mascarpone, ½ cup sugar, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons Chambord. Mix until fully combined and smooth. Set aside.
8 ounces mascarpone cheese, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 5 tablespoons Chambord raspberry liqueur
  • In a separate small bowl, stir together the jam/jelly and the remaining 3 tablespoons Chambord. Set aside.
⅔ cup strawberry jam or jelly
  • In yet another bowl, mix together all of the fruit with ½ cup sugar. Stir to coat all the fruit; macerating the fruit and allowing some juices to form. Set aside.
1½ cups sliced fresh strawberries, 1 cup fresh raspberries, ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • Start by smoothing half of the cream mixture over the ladyfingers. Use a spatula to smooth out the layer. Top with half of the jam mixture and use a fork to incorporate the jam into the cream. Top with half of the fruit.
  • Repeat the layers, starting with ladyfingers, cream, jam, then fruit.
  • Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
  • Serve cold.

Becky’s Tips

  • I prefer fresh berries for this recipe, but you can use either fresh or frozen berries.
  • Make sure you get the soft ladyfingers (I found them in the freezer aisle), not the crunchy cookie ones.
  • You can buy mascarpone cheese at the store, or make your own with my Homemade Mascarpone Cheese Recipe!

How to Make Triple Berry Tiramisu Step by Step

Gather the ingredients: Gather all the ingredients together and spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

A 9x9-inch glass baking dish with a bottom layer of 12 soft ladyfingers arranged in rows to form the base layer of the tiramisu.

Layer the ladyfingers: Place 10 of the 20 soft ladyfingers in a single layer on the bottom of the pan—2 rows of 5.

A large glass bowl filled with soft peaks of whipped cream, being whisked by hand to incorporate air and build volume for the tiramisu filling.

Whip the cream: In a large mixing bowl, beat 1½ cups of heavy cream using a hand mixer on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, about 3–4 minutes.

A bowl of fluffy, whipped mascarpone cream being mixed with a whisk, ready to be layered into the tiramisu.

Make the mascarpone cream: Add 8 ounces of mascarpone cheese, ½ cup of granulated sugar, 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract, and 2 tbsp of Chambord to the whipped cream. Beat until smooth and fully combined. Set aside.

A small white bowl filled with strawberry jam mixed with raspberry liqueur, being stirred with a red spatula.

Mix the jam layer: In a small bowl, stir together ⅔ cup of strawberry jam or jelly and the remaining 3 tbsp of Chambord. Set aside.

A bowl of macerated fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries coated with sugar, ready to be layered into the dessert.

Macerate the berries: In a separate bowl, combine 1½ cups of sliced fresh strawberries, 1 cup of fresh raspberries, and ½ cup of fresh blueberries with the remaining ½ cup of granulated sugar. Stir to coat the berries and let them sit until juices begin to form.

A hand spooning the berry mixture over the cream layer, with fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries visibly spread across the surface.

Assemble the first layer: Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers. Smooth it out with a spatula. Spoon half of the jam mixture over the cream and gently swirl it in with a fork. Top with half of the macerated fruit.

Repeat the layers: Add the remaining 10 ladyfingers, the rest of the cream, the remaining jam mixture, and finally the rest of the fruit.

A close-up of a glass dish of strawberry tiramisu with a golden spoon scooping out a portion, revealing layers of mascarpone cream, ladyfingers, and a vibrant topping of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.

Chill and serve: Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve chilled.

A single slice of strawberry tiramisu served on a light blue plate, showing distinct layers of creamy filling, soaked ladyfingers, and a colorful berry topping with whole raspberries and blueberries.

Serving Suggestions

Serve this delicious triple berry tiramisu cold. It’s super sweet and creamy. Tastes just as good on a hot summer day as it does on a cozy winter evening.

Enjoy this beautiful Blueberry, Raspberry, and Strawberry Tiramisu on any holiday. It’s perfect for Valentine’s Day and 4th of July, but would be just as good on Easter or Christmas!

Storage Instructions

Store the triple berry tiramisu covered tightly with plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The flavors actually get better as it sits, but the longer it rests, the softer the ladyfingers will become. For the best texture, enjoy within the first 1–2 days. This dessert is not freezer-friendly, as the creamy layers and fresh berries don’t hold up well once thawed.

I just made this and I felt that I needed more ladyfingers, maybe mine were smaller? But it looks delicious

Yummy summer dessert, but my 9×9 pan was clearly not deep enough, so put it in 2 pans and when I served just stacked the 2 layers. I’m thinking a lasagna pan would be better.4 stars

Attached is my finished Triple Berry Tiramisu. I love the Chambord Raspberry Liqueur, but today I substituted a Poet Red wine that I already had on hand. It worked very well.4 stars

If using frozen berries do you add them frozen or thaw and drain

Classic tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts but the berries really make it fresh and fun. Glad you like it too! Thanks for reading, Alli!
