Homemade Honey Mustard Recipe

This Homemade Honey Mustard Recipe is so simple, but the flavor makes all the difference! This is one of those go-to condiments I like to keep in the refrigerator at all times because it goes with just about everything. It can be used as a dipping sauce or a salad dressing and tastes great either way.

I’ve been making a lot of homemade sauces, dressings, and dips recently, so it’s about time I added honey mustard sauce to the mix. I love creating my own condiments because I know they’re always fresh and ready to use when I need them. Sometimes having a huge bottle of every sauce and dressing imaginable is just wasteful. So making the right size sauce/dressing for you and your family means it will never just sit and get old in your refrigerator.

I love the sweet yet tangy flavor of this honey mustard dressing. It’s one of my favorites to use on side salads and I love dipping pretzels, chicken wings, and other appetizers in it. I made it the other day with my classic sausage balls recipe and it was the perfect combination! I also love using this for my honey mustard pork tenderloin recipe!

Learn how to make honey mustard with this easy 5 minute recipe. Use it as a dip, as a sauce, or as a salad dressing. There’s so many ways to eat it!

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

I LOVE honey mustard for just about everything. It’s the perfect dipping sauce because it’s a little bit sweet, a little bit tangy, and a little bit spicy with the red pepper flakes mixed in. Dip fries in it, dip sausage balls in it, dip pretzels in it…any appetizer you can think of, I bet it tastes pretty good with this honey mustard dipping sauce!

Try it with these recipes:

Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Honey Mustard Salad Dressing is definitely one of the dressings I always like to have around at home for a quick salad. You’ve got your ranch, you’ve got your vinaigrette, and then you need the creamy sweet honey mustard dressing. Pour some onto a bed of romaine, add cherry tomatoes, a few croutons, and you’ve got one great side salad. Top it with shredded chicken, mix in some more lettuce, and sprinkle in some cheese, and you’ve got a nice full lunch!
